How often do you visit?

We offer biweekly, weekly, twice weekly and one-time clean ups.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No, you don’t need to be home! As long as we have access to your yard, we can take care of everything and send you updates when we’re done.

How do you ensure my dog’s safety?

Your pups well being is our top priority. Our staff are all trained on safe gate entry, exit, and dog handling - plus, we will only ever access your property according to your specific instructions.

How do payments work?

Invoices are sent after your visit and can be paid with credit card or e-transfer. For recurring service, we bill every four weeks with the first invoice being sent after your first visit with us. We offer automatic payments when using credit card for your convenience.

What if there is a lock on my gate?

If you have a combination lock we will ask for the combination to be share with our team. If there is a traditional lock and key, we will provide you with a combination lock at no charge.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, if you start a subscription with us and are not completely satisfied with your first two visits. Just let us know and we'll give you a 100% refund no questions asked!

Can my dog be outside during your visit?

Your dog should be inside during our visit in order for us to do the best job and to ensure everyone is safe. We do love saying hello though. :)

What do you do with the poop you pick up?

We take it with us and dispose of it at the municipal waste facility. One less thing for you to worry about.

Am I locked into a contract?

Absolutely not! We never lock any of our customers into any contracts.

What if I want to cancel?

Simply use the link that will be provided in your email or get in touch with our support team to cancel. No hard feelings!

What happens if there's bad weather?

If weather prevents us from reach your house or doing an effective clean up, your visit for that day will be rescheduled to the nearest next date available.

Who will be cleaning my yard?

Only certified Wagzy technicians will be on site. Each of our staff undergo a comprehensive hiring process which includes background checks.

Will you clean my whole yard?

Yes we make sure to clean every nook and cranny of your yard. Backyards, sideyards, frontyards we do it all. Just let us know if there are any uncommon or special spots that need to be cleaned and we'll make sure to get those too!
