Welcome to Wagzy! By accessing or using our pet waste removal services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Wagzy provides scheduled pet waste removal services to residential and commercial properties. Services are offered according to selected plans, which may vary in frequency, number of pets, and property size.

2. Subscription and Billing

Plans: Service plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
Billing Cycle: Billing occurs monthly, with the weekly price advertised as a reference.

Additional Charges:

Number of Dogs: The base service includes pet waste removal for up to two dogs. Each additional dog incurs an extra $5 charge per visit.
‍
Yard Size: The base service covers up to 0.5 acres. For properties exceeding 0.5 acres, a $5 charge per visit applies for each additional 0.5-acre increment.
‍
Free Trials and Promotions: Wagzy may offer promotions or free trial periods. Terms of any promotions will be disclosed in advance.

Payment Method: We accept credit card payments through Stripe or other approved payment methods. Payment is processed securely.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your service at any time with 30 days’ notice. Cancellation requests can be made via email or phone.

Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for services that were not provided due to an error on our part. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

4. User Responsibilities
‍
Customers are responsible for securing pets and providing Wagzy’s team safe access to the service area. In cases where access is restricted (e.g., locked gates or aggressive pets), Wagzy may need to reschedule or skip service for that day.

5. Liability and Damages
‍
Wagzy is not liable for damages to property arising from regular service access unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Customers agree to indemnify Wagzy against any claims arising from use of the service.

6. Modifications
‍
Wagzy reserves the right to modify services, pricing, and these terms. Notice of any significant changes will be provided by email or posted on our website.

7. Governing Law
‍
These terms and conditions are governed by Canadian law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Canadian laws and in the courts of Nova Scotia.
